- The company is very corporate (no focus on team building, great culture, nice environment, etc). - Constant messaging about how remuneration is performance drive which is simply not the case I have personally witnessed. - Communication is not done well top down. It is often a struggle to access information/updates/important news. - Lack of accountability that seems like a cultural element (historic ways of doing things that have never been broken/ addressed by management) - Onboarding takes time as there is little ito structured onboarding, so understanding how teams work themselves, together and with each other, the products, the organization etc, takes a lot of time, so be patient.
