      Dishonest Greenwashing

      A lot of resources put into branding and image.

      Minpunten

      Dishonest leadership who are using the company to promote their own personal brand. I have some ethical concerns about the direction of the company and who our investors are. The supposedly "green" mission of the company is too often used as an excuse for unfair decisions and things like poor salary and large workload.

      We are sorry to hear you feel this way about your experience at Sympower but your feedback is very important in helping us improve. We feel very strongly about our company mission and as an example, we have recently been granted the B-Corp certificate that sets very high standards for our business with regard to sustainability, diversity and social impact. Therefore, your ethical concerns do no resonate with the way we (and our investors) see and manage our business.       Redelijk goede coderingsnormen in sommige componenten.

      Minpunten

      Betalen is afschuwelijk. Management zijn narcistische vervalsingen. Te veel deadlines, met doelen die te snel veranderen.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and we are sorry to hear that your experience at Sympower has not been great, despite the good coding standards that you mentioned. We are going through a high-growth phase and moving from start-up to scale-up - that means that sometimes things can feel a little chaotic. However, we definitely want our teams to feel valued for the work they put in and that's where we have been focusing our efforts by improving our compensation and benefits package. However, it would be really helpful if you could share some more of your feedback directly with your manager or the people team so we can see what more we can do.
