Pluspunten
Loved working for Sytac. I dislike consultancy firms, but Sytac has a people first approach that makes you want to engage with them. They put tremendous effort in making sure you get an interesting project and are satisfied with your current customer. I'm an introvert, so not much a fan of social activities. However Sytac does several of different kind (dinners, trips, sports). Technical activities are also regular, including workshops and knowledge sharing sessions. Sytac owns the DevJam brand and does Meetups and conferences under it.

It is a young company and some processes are still rough around the edges.
