I applied for the ... position at TEDi Belgium. The HR Manager, Radu Balan, arrived 30 minutes late to the interview without any apology. The interview itself felt quite uncomfortable — he was interrupting me frequently, didn’t allow me to ask my questions, and avoided giving clear answers about the role and working conditions.
What concerned me even more is that he had previously worked at another company where I had submitted my CV. I was surprised to be contacted by him with an offer from TEDi, which raised serious concerns about the handling of personal data and confidentiality.
Due to this experience, I decided to reach out to several former employees. They shared that many staff had filed complaints with labor unions regarding labor law violations. All of them strongly advised me not to accept a position at this company.
If you're still working there, I strongly suggest looking for a better environment — one where respect for employees starts at the very first interaction. Life’s too short to stay in a place that doesn’t value you.
