Profit share scheme is bad for the employee, yet it's clear. Eveerything is noted as cost for you (study budget, company events, travel expenses etc.) and because of this you lose some amount of profit share, thus your net salary goes down. Same with the leave days, need to calculate really good to when to use leave days otherwise you lose a big amount of money.
