Nice people and always ready to help. I feel like everyone knows how stressful this company is and tries to help each other out of the hole together.
Minpunten
A super-stressful environment with urgent demands arising daily, no system works properly, and the overburdened IT department can't handle them. These are unrealistic demands from US directors who want you to work 15 hours a day and even on weekends. Plus, you have to commute to the office every day (the Amsterdam office is horrible, uncomfortable, crowded, and extremely noisy). Furthermore, despite having 25 days of vacation per year, you're not allowed to take more than two weeks in a row—US management doesn't approve. In other words, you live to work. It's not sustainable in the long term.
