The group which you worked with is amazing, other project managers and account managers really work hard for the company and it shows that it's best assest is the people. The crowd department is also very good. HR does its best given the conditions. It used to be a great company, not sure what happened
Minpunten
Management is completely out of touch, specially within the different offices. You are asked to take more and more tasks and resposnabilities with zero benefits. They paint a very pretty speech but they don't seem to really care for their employees. When layoffs where needed in the past, they were not done based on performance or need of the company ,but rather, who was cheaper to fire, which I understand but at the same time, its not useful for the comapny long term. A lot of the struggles they faced could be avoided if they only talked to their employees and listen to their suggestions, but it's a very hierarchy based-company

They sell the idea they care about their employees but thats a lie. They will take advantage of them to the client's interests.
