      Has everything to be a success apart from bad culture.

      Pluspunten

      The company wants to tackle and solve a real and awesome challenge. The mission and vision are great. Nice human to work with overall.

      Minpunten

      The company not doing great and proof of that is the consecutive rounds of layoffs. Bad communication, no strategic guidance, the decision-making process is shady, and there's always a sense of fear and mistrust in top management. This leads to an environment of conspiracy theories and toxic culture.
