- They claim to be "PVH Family" (amsterdam HQ) but there is very little trust in our leaders. - HR is not as supportive as it appears to be, many people going though burn outs due to overloaded tasks that are not even on our job responsabilities. -Dont expect support from managers that dont even understand the changing proceses as they only expect you to do the job even when you are sick, if the task isn't done is obviously your fault, and not a sign that something must be going wrong on how tasks are delegated. - they will pay you as little as possible regardless of your achievements, responsabilities and years of experience.
