They grossly underpay people, and when trying to negotiate your salary there is 0 wiggle room. If you make a mistakes they are not afraid to tell you to your face that you are too expensive for the work you deliver, which brings moral to a all time low. The other downpart is that management doesn't seem to trust their employees to do the work correctly and there is a huge micromanagement culture. The management/director team is inexperienced and doesn't have the vision and strategy that is needed to build upon as a company. Which makes it difficult for normal employees to plan their own development when the company has no idea which way they are going for the next 5 years.
