Uniper empowers employees to deliver results while being supported by the leaders to do so Flexwork is the way many of us work. When possible, we work from home office and deliver results. We are supported to development existing and new capabilities . I am proud that Uniper is one of the companies who adapted to the virtual working ways and we as an organisation do not shy from trying and exploring new developments in the digital space. Generally, colleagues are respectful for each other and appreciate diversity. I am a happy working for this company.
