I choose this company as they have many commercials that promote themselves that they are diverse, inclusive, and modern company. But I can say I am working here for couple of years and there is no inclusion and only their buildings are modern not their mindset. The managers got their role because they were working there too long not because they were eligible. Vanderlande has no technology themselves so most people have very fixed mindset and old-fashion way of working. What they promote on the Internet everyday they barely sell. They only do the engineering and execution and 80% of the products are resale. So to make the story short, if you are a young person with high passion and motivation that you think you will come to a high technology company and grow your commercial and technical knowledge, Vanderlane is not the one. I am glad I am leaving soon.
