Since the merger, entire management is completely lost, There is no vision, no clear path forward. Not even an unclear path forward.
Everyone is just protecting his own position. After every round of layoffs (already 3 times in 1 year), they pretend that now everything is incredible and clear, and they have the 'right people in the right position' to fix everything. In reality, they are afraid to make real decisions and nothing truly changes.
- A lot of good people were fired, so a lot of knowledge is lost
- Culture has become very toxic as people with strong opinions have a higher possibility to get fired
- No training/investment in people and of course no budget for raises in pay or external trainings
