Pluspunten
The colleagues are highly motivated and overall nice people. There are interesting opportunities to connect with diverse stakeholders and coalitions (good for personal development).
Minpunten
There is no accountability for bad managers; they can burnout a whole team without facing any consequence. There is not consistency between the policies and the reality. They have a DEI policy that has no grievance mechanism (it's mostly performative) and HR people doesn't seem to have any power to hold leaders accountable. There is no performance framework with desirable behaviours/skills and measurement; hence, everyone understands management in their own way.
