Avoid this company if you value being treated like a human being. Management talks a lot about “culture” and “people first,” but in reality employees are just numbers on a spreadsheet. There is little to no empathy, communication is poor, and leadership only seems to care about metrics and profit. Workloads are unrealistic, stress levels are high, and employee concerns are ignored unless they directly impact business results. Instead of supporting staff, management creates a toxic environment where people feel disposable and constantly replaceable. There is very little appreciation for hard work, and loyalty means nothing here. Many talented people leave because they feel burned out, undervalued, and unheard. The company could improve dramatically if leadership actually listened to employees and started treating people with respect instead of seeing them as resources to squeeze for productivity.
