Pluspunten
I loved my time working at C-Management-there are many dedicated colleagues who care about supporting oncology healthcare workers. I found many opportunities to grow and learn and friendly coworkers always willing to answer questions when I was new. New ideas were often encouraged and the company looks to grow new leaders. As a former (and again) current oncology nurse, it was wonderful to see all the hard work that goes into generating educational and policy content for members represented by CMI. Coworkers were very responsive, even when working virtually/remotely, and almost everyone always willing to hop on a call and connect if any questions arised. Easy to bounce ideas off of each other during new projects. I found the company culture very open to change and listening to new ideas on process improvement, whether internal processes or ideas for generating new content for members. There are a lot of long term employees who have been there for 10+ years in various departments, which I found to be telling of the kind atmosphere.
Minpunten
Clients/members of the organizations CMI represents sometimes are only available at evening time or on weekends for meetings/educational opportunities, leading to some work needing to be done outside of regular M-F 9-5 hours. This is typical of all association management companies I have seen.
