Minpunten
to echo what everyone else on here has said, the management seems to have taken a turn for the worst in the past year, most particularly the new "president" and his complete lack of a strategic direction for the company (or maybe he has a vision, and it's just asinine and poorly thought through?). Lately the company has been hemmorhaging some of the truely talented people that historically made it a great place to work, and has made a series of poor hiring (and firing) decisions. The few talented managers are now far to thinly stretched to provide anything resembling useful feedback. And finally they have entirely dropped the ball on innovating, not necessarily in terms of the core database technology, but in terms of the product offerings (especially when contrasted with the main competitors in the space).
