Office culture is fun, open-minded, full-of team buildings, out-of-office activities, and full of humor. Work ethics is overall higher than average across Armenia, probably due to the culture and processes being "imported" from abroad.

Too many unnecessary meetings. Sometimes the mandatory daily meetings feel like a formality for the sake of formality. The inter-team interpersonal communication somewhat lags creating unnecessary hurdles for the local campaigns and projects. Necessary feedback from the leadership on the given stages of projects comes after it'd be necessary, which breaks the implementation process and wastes more resources than necessary.
