- There are some amazing people at 11:FS who really know what they're doing. - Salaries appear to be competitive. - Lots of people are trying to do the right thing.

Minpunten

- It seems the majority of the leadership are out of their depth, no-one more so than the CEO. There are clearly favourites who should no longer be with the business and so, more often than not, decision are made by people who don't know what they're doing and refuse to listen to those who do. - To underline some other reviews I've read - SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS ARE TONE DEAF and are all too often posted by a CEO who says one thing publicly and behaves very differently internally. His constant references to the importance of people and culture is not evidenced by the way he acts when running the business. - It appears from the outside that no-one dare argue with the CEO for fear of being fired. 2 recent senior departures (who were well liked in the business) has only led to that belief being strengthened. - Morale is at an all time low and many of the best people will leave before long, and it's already started to happen.

We’re sorry that you’ve felt our social media posts haven’t struck the right note - our senior team is always trying to find a balance between celebrating the successes we’ve worked hard to achieve while being sensitive to colleagues going through a tough time. Obviously, there’s more work to do here so thank you for highlighting this. The decisions we had to make due to the pandemic were unexpected, difficult and weren’t personal towards the people we let go. Absolutely first class people. Nothing beats spending your days with a group of folks who literally want to turn an industry on its head. Incredible project work. No BS. Real work on real products that are really impacting peoples' financial lives. Great Clients. Actually enjoying working with our projects sponsors. Great Tech. Company only focuses on new and exciting technology as far as implementations.

Minpunten

The sheer volume of Client work coming in. Requires the company to grow rapidly; however, so far this has really been managed well.

After working at11:FS you will know how much of a cesspool this company is. The CEO is toxic, vulgar, and lacks ethics. After seeing the lowest of low, you can only go onwards and upwards and avoid work with a founding team that is unethical, unfair and biased.

Minpunten

Men paid significantly higher than women and asking about this will be your demise.
