some high calibre people, some people are nice, work life balance can be decent

Minpunten

employee turnover is incredibly high, below market standard compensation, toxic culture with plenty of politics, severely outdated IT systems, complete lack of processes, highly inefficient, reactive culture, questionable leadership, decisions that are not data-driven, will get pushed out if you don't align with leadership

The only pro I can think of are the salaries but that’s it.

Minpunten

Racism. Inexperienced management. Oblivious/gullible CEO. Favouritism. Expectations too high when no support/training has been provided. Heavy blame culture. Good feedback/work is never celebrated or praised. Management are hyper fixated on everyone else’s shortcomings just to hide their lack of knowledge.
