      - Chaotic processes and unclear responsibilities. - “Get it done at any cost” mindset often creates a toxic environment. - Weak HR and people management — conflicts remain unresolved, and with little room for internal moves, it’s hard to escape unhealthy dynamics. - Compensation levels vary significantly across people in similar roles, not always reflecting market benchmarks or actual contribution. - Support roles are undervalued, and hiring sometimes favors personal connections over merit. - High workload and constant urgency lead to burnout.

      * Constant cost cutting and "optimizations" * Layoffs of banch of people * Very toxic environment * Micro-management. You are being mostly overruled. No freedom, no creativity * Founder egocentric * Those who closer to founder: get all benefits. Mafia style. * Processes, constant restructuring over real value * A lot of external contractors who eats money and no real value
