While we are a fully remote company, we would like to clarify that the statement regarding “non-existent benefits” does not accurately reflect our structure. Our employees receive a wide array of offered benefits including but not limited to PTO, paid holidays (including additional holidays not traditionally offered by many employers), and monetary recognition through our internal rewards program, along with other established perks that have been in place for years. We regularly review our benefits and policies to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with the needs of our team. From a management and culture standpoint, we prioritize open communication and transparency. We conduct regular morale and “temperature” checks, encourage direct feedback, and maintain open lines of communication across teams and leadership. Over the past year, we’ve also experienced strong morale, collaborative working relationships, and the most stable and successful team in company history, with a fully staffed team that has remained consistent for over a year.
