The team members are truly amazing - the product and service are outstanding. The design teams are doing incredible work. Everyone is dedicated and works hard to drive the company forward. Unfortunately, this effort isn't always fully recognized or supported by the management team.
Minpunten
I'm very concerned about the current lack of leadership. All departments are working separately, without common goals or initiatives to unify the company as one. The high employee turnover in Denmark is a big problem. 7 people leaving in the past year for various reasons, is creating a very unstable work environment.
