The team was supportive, friendly, and genuinely cared about achieving the best outcomes for participants. There was a strong focus on professionalism, ethical practice, and accountability, which I think is exactly what you want in this field. Management set clear expectations and always put participants first. They were also supportive when I made the decision to move into a different career path and treated me with respect throughout the process. Reading some of the negative reviews was surprising because they don't reflect the workplace I experienced. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but from what I saw, the organisation simply expected staff to meet professional standards, act ethically, and take responsibility for their work. Those expectations were applied consistently and were always centred around providing quality support to participants. No workplace is perfect, but my experience was overwhelmingly positive. I learned a lot during my time there, worked with some great people, and would happily recommend the organisation to others.
