Pluspunten
1. Collaborative works 2. Perks are average now 3. Young and fun people 4. Trainings and coaching are provided 5. Free flow of coffee and tea 6. HR are okay but quite confusing which one do this and that 7. Pretty office hahaha To be honest, your life here is depends on the account you're placed in. If the MPM/Governance role for your account are okay, understand about what you're doing, AND knows how to see your work delivery. Then it's okay, doesn't matter if you're introverts or extroverts. But if not.........
Minpunten
1. Work life balance is lmao, not a fan of the strong push to go back to the office. Before this we had a stronger remote working culture. Now it's hybrid with mandatory 8 days per month in the office. Which is nonsense because I'm more productive when I work at home, while going to the office means I need to waste my time in traffic, looking for parking some more even the tower parking is always full, then need to find place to do work since office lack of desks now. I sometimes do work standing by the windows lmao 2. If you tell your higher up you feel overwhelmed with works, they'd think you don't know how to manage your time and don't know how to prioritize your work instead of giving you helps. 3. Vague KPI. Only based on words of mouth I think? Some MPM/Governance role complains about us when they don't even know what we are doing. They think all we do is playing around is it? Performance are not measured by any KPI but more on what Governance think of you. If you know how to kiss ssss to some of them (bcs only some of them are playing favourites) then good for you, your work delivery KO also can get promoted 4. Some MPM/Governance role should really know how collaborative work works, mostly are okay but I've encounter few who micromanaged like hell. And even mixed up about which function do this and that lmao and then say things like we don't know how to do our job 5. Hence, if Governance can give feedback about us, we also should be able to give feedbacks on them. Why our KPI/increment/promotion is decided by them? And if their KPI is based on clients' satisfactory, still no need to be a yes man to the client. Be a yes man to client while sacrificing our mental health is beyond crazy 6. Mental health benefits is veryyy low for a tech company. One governance asked me why do i need to take mental leave? and she asked in cynical tone ya lmao 7. Bonus is laughably low for a tech company who earns in USD and pay our salary in RM. Yearly increments are also very low for this company then they dare to say that they gives us competitive salary lmao
