      Pluspunten

      Interesting products - making software for children is challenging and lots of fun. You get to work with many different technologies and are given a lot of autonomy in how you solve problems. Despite being well established there is a startup-like culture as we are always looking to create and do new things. A very passionate owner who really cares about education. A unique family-like atmosphere.

      Minpunten

      Informal and very non-corporate so not for everyone. Small so you need to be self-reliant and willing to take responsibility for your work. There may not be enough career opportunities for some due to company size but a great place to learn.

      Pluspunten

      Products are great and a very talented development team. The products make a genuine difference in the education of young people. The former management team made some great, much needed changes as the business was failing but unfortunatley you decided to get rid of them all and are still yet to explain this.

      Minpunten

      The owner. The owner is very unstable and makes very questionable, detrimental decisons. 3 senior staff were made redunant with no explanation (except an email to all staff telling us to smile and drink lots of water...??) Then several other staff were fired for asking questions. It's hard to see the company lasting much longer unless they either sell or bring in a new management team. Friends get paid very well and its very easy to get away with being bad at your job.
