Zero accountability, no raises, nepotism, favoritism, sexism, lack of communication. All of these things combined make for an incredibly toxic work environment. Higher management truly will not listen about a problem and then when it gets out of hand they blame you. They fire good employees for standing up for themselves while constantly making excuses for less good employees because they keep their head down and their mouth shut. They dont see employees as people, they see them as a vehicle to make themselves as much money as possible. After reading other reviews, you can see they respond with zero accountability and always push blame onto the employee (even though these are anonymous).

This was a very hostile working environment where the overall culture was driven by fear rather than support or collaboration. Leadership, particularly the CEO, did not appear to genuinely care about employees. Based on the consistent themes in other reviews, it’s clear that employee concerns have been raised before but meaningful changes have not been made. The HR department was led in a way that reinforced this culture of fear, and unfortunately that approach seemed to be accepted rather than addressed. The company would benefit from hiring an experienced HR professional who can ensure compliance, promote fairness, and advocate for employees appropriately. Additionally, if professionals are hired, they should be empowered to perform their roles effectively. There is a strong need for more training, stronger leadership development, and a shift toward appreciation and respect for employees. Employees should be treated like capable adults and valued for their contributions. A complete reset in mindset and company culture may be necessary to create a healthier and more productive workplace.
