Long history Support for development Decent benefits Competitive salary Opportunity to work in multiple areas of the company. The management team I worked with most directly was great.

Minpunten

Difficult to make changes and implement new processes. A little resistant to change. Doesn't always make the best use of new technologies Some processes are so rigid that is difficult to get things accomplished. Frustrating if you thrive on delivering results.

Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
