I worked as a technical aide while in college. The work times were extremely flexible, which may depend on supervisor, but i'm sure most are flexible with students. Good pay.

Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
