Some jobs can include conference calls outside of normal work hours. May include domestic / international travel (could also be a pro for personal / professional development). Sometimes have to wear too many "hats" due to lack of resources.

Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
