      All major decisions are made in Australia and most times without consulting other regions The few processes that do exist are not followed and there is no accountability Managers do not have proper technical knowledge, make promises that are not possible then turning around and pressuring us to find a "solution".

      Incredibly nice people and interesting work. It's a global company built on Australian business culture, which has way better boundaries.

      At least on paper, the compensation is lower than similar companies -- but, oddly, that doesn't mean that there isn't a fair exchange of value given quality of life.
