Everything which is stated in the other reviews is true; HR is basically a Recruitment team which focuses on keeping up with growth ambitions, but internal HR issues are totally overlooked so theres no investment in building a strong and safe workplace culture. If they like you than bad behaviour or under performance will be overlooked (sometimes its the bad behaviour that makes them like you) and if they don't like you then you can be in fear of loosing your job. The company is rife with rumors about revenue, changes to the business model, hiring or firing, which creates a toxic culture. It all starts at the top, and the company is run with fear and favour. There is no leadership, everyday feels like a crisis response, theres no organisation, just focusing on the every day stuff like adjusting margins and rates to meet a month end revenue goal without ever moving to a bigger picture. Senior Managers around the CEO seem to be competent, they come from well known International Companies etc, but almost all of them leave within 6-12 months, most leave by choice, a few have been fired, it’s like a revolving door! The people who leave see how it is and vote with their feet, the people that stay (senior or not) are too afraid to be honest about what (or who) isn’t working out.
