The directors are the hardest working people in the office so set an example, rather than some recruitment firms where leadership are almost invisible. Its a really relaxed office (dress as you want and dress for the market you recruit), whilst the "games room" is the latest must have gimmick for all recruitment firms - 3Search certainly tick this box. Add incentives, monthly away days and huge quarterly events, plus directors who are always happy to put their card behind the bar, its a great place to work. A lot of the management level have grown with the business so its proof that it is a meritocracy.

As the company is still growing there is an onus on you to do the whole job - BD AND delivery and you are not just going to be handed everything on a plate. Not necessarily a Con, but this is not a place for the work shy.
