He goes out of his way to make sure people are comfortable and happy while working. There's free breakfast, lunch and snacks in the pantry. Also lots of fun conversations during tea and coffee breaks. We are encouraged to join in during the breaks as well. There's no 'micro management', team leads just require having issues updated / messages on the chatspace for updates. If you end up choosing to work late, you are not required to join the morning calls. It's a small company and you are expected to take ownership, and ask for help if you ever need help. But everyone always steps in to help when asked.
