small, loud office space wierd "leadership" style ambiguous about the vision / mission very slow to implement improvements and build any team that isn't a financial team no budget / appetite for internal.projects and process improvements requirement to charge 40+ hours to the client "100% utilization" with extremely annoying time keeping practice and system
