Pluspunten
The students were great. I could easily open slots in the morning and have full slots by evening. You can teach math and science in addition to English. The platform was user-friendly. The schedule is completely flexible.
Minpunten
The biggest problem was that one day I woke up and there were no more students after 1.5 years of receiving students immediately upon opening slots. When I inquired, they suggested I change my profile picture. I did so, and it didn't matter. I then found out all the teachers had been replaced with only Filipino teachers in one day. We had no advance warning. No job security. Another con is that the students are assigned randomly so you rarely get the same student twice.
