Changes to core values and interest in employee welfare and well-being. All companies go through changes during growth but so drastic that the open door policy has become non-existent. I used to be able to call a member of the HR team for anything, now I'm redirected to call "1-800-....". 'Once upon a time' when passing in the hall there was a friendly "hello, how are you?", "hows' your sister doing", "did you win the golf tournament", "Happy Birthday/Anniversary", etc. to a simple nod of the head or worse, no acknowledgement at all.
