No pressure to do anything. Easy life to a large extent.

Minpunten

The new CEO is a lightweight. Was COO when the company fell apart under Simon Cole so just a continuation of the incompetent management. A yes man to the new owners who have no credibility (other business is also failing). The company has been so poorly run for so long that it is going to run out of cash (again) and fail. Losing customers and customers failing mean business is not viable.
