Work environment is simply toxic: store managers are rude and unprofessional, many people don't speak a lick of English, promotions and pay are almost solely based on tenure and favoritism instead of merit, lack of any formal training, inflexible hours, nonexistent communication, understaffed, poor employee treatment and discount, very little benefits, customer service is downright atrocious, poor organization and unclean facilities
