I wish more could have been done to enter the video market

Australian company with an office in Oakland Ca. Fully remote position. Very chill environment. Laid back leadership approach. Expectations were reasonable. Although the mission was never terribly clear. And then the position was ended a year into it. Laid off with a pretty decent severance package.

C-level management was never very clear on what our mission was. Pretty sure they knew they were going to lay us off when they hired us. They just needed a few stop-gap lower managers.
