Really no cons if you can do the work!

It’s close to home and so far my paychecks haven’t bounced. Yet.

Zero support. Zero opportunity to complete training. Zero accountability from the owner. Uniforms promised but never provided. More and more work piled on that is started by someone else but then I’m asked to complete. Unable to order parts due to bills not getting paid. Unable to manage workflow due to being undermined constantly by the owner and owner refusing to correctly use the resources provided by corporate. Owner changes the workflow multiple times a day/week to try and “save money” instead of completing the job the customer approved, causing jobs to fall farther and farther behind. Owner refuses to hear employee input, and the environment is nothing short of insanity at this point. TONS of dishonesty towards customers and staff.
