AAR is assuming the DoS GINL contract from DynCorp. So far I have learned that I will be getting paid less, have less money for break stipend, two fewer days of break, and dealing with HR has just been a disaster. These are all fairly minor issues but it's like a slow death from 1,000 paper cuts. They have not fully assumed the contract yet so I am hoping these issues will be resolved. If so, I'll change my rating.
