very very very poor management. pay low!!! you are just a number. you have to be family or friend to be able to grow up. they expect you to work 24/7

Continuing your education/tuition reimbursement is definitely robust across all the MRO stations, including your MIA hangars. Thank-you for signaling that for sure. Making a tight turn into overall comp, on this end, always want it to be fair & equitable. And on the 24/7, it's in the DNA of aviation, realizing it is a super complicated, operationally-intensive business that is regulated and overseen. Always willing to talk & visit, should you want. good pay and that's it.

everything. where to start - new employees are treated like garbage. no vacation days until 6 months then you get 3 days.... for an entire year (sick/vacation). useless pto. no insurance... even though you are working for AAR they use a staffing company - which is still aar to get away with this. not paid for hours worked - manipulate hours/pay weeks in order to avoid paying OT. scummy leadership, favoritism, and unless you're related to or sleeping with someone in leadership - you will get laid off.
