Hello, and thank-you for your review. On this end, internships, along with apprenticeships, continue to be a powerful pipeline into the Company, as have personally worked the platform since first day. In addition, worked and supported a similar program when I was with the Disney Company (10 years), so strong past-performance. Not sure on Cons language, as have seen the intern become my boss. Moreover, aviation requires that stout heart with great optimism, & will always work to encourage, especially around career advancement. Straight ahead friend, G-Man

good pay and that's it.

everything. where to start - new employees are treated like garbage. no vacation days until 6 months then you get 3 days.... for an entire year (sick/vacation). useless pto. no insurance... even though you are working for AAR they use a staffing company - which is still aar to get away with this. not paid for hours worked - manipulate hours/pay weeks in order to avoid paying OT. scummy leadership, favoritism, and unless you're related to or sleeping with someone in leadership - you will get laid off.
