A very sad environment. Everyone there has a why am I here attitude. The leadership is terrible about making decisions. They were more worried about acquiring contracts than having the proper tools and techniques to achieve the work. They wanted to cut down on costs so instead of giving us proper tools to speed the job and actually finish them on time, they just put in machines to dispense paper towels instead of being hand fed. Fired the safety manager because she was trying to make much needed changes.

good pay and that's it.

everything. where to start - new employees are treated like garbage. no vacation days until 6 months then you get 3 days.... for an entire year (sick/vacation). useless pto. no insurance... even though you are working for AAR they use a staffing company - which is still aar to get away with this. not paid for hours worked - manipulate hours/pay weeks in order to avoid paying OT. scummy leadership, favoritism, and unless you're related to or sleeping with someone in leadership - you will get laid off.
