Pay is better than other jobs that require no experience and the kids are fun.

Minpunten

The BCBAs do not seem to care about the children and upper management seems to only care about the money

Supervisors are almost always available for support, Schedulers try to give you your requested weekly hours, Biweekly all staff meetings, Teams communication makes it easy to get in touch with staff/ supervisors

Minpunten

No advancement opportunities, Very cliquey culture, Supervisors seem to turn a blind eye to some staff behavior/ practices which is concerning in a clinical setting. Consistent scheduling and true 40 full time scheduling is not guaranteed given client cancellations. Overtime not available. Very prone to burn out given the nature of the job.
