We would not be able to create change for our employees if not for current and former staff communicating there concerns. We would like to address the concerns you have specified in your comment: Benefits and compensation: Pathways works on pay compensation each quarter to be competitive with companies our size and in our industry. We also do staff surveys to see what benefits they are most interested in us adding. Through these efforts we have added vision and dental to our other benefits for qualifying employees (paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance, life insurance, and professional development programs). Billing practices: Pathways billing department manages many contracts over 14 counties in MI and 2 counties in CA. Each service area has contracts with private insurances and medicaid. These staff are knowledgeable and experienced in their field and collaborate closely with the clinical staff to ensure we are protecting our patients. Clinical services: Clinical managerial staff are all educated and trained in the field of ABA. Through their education and years of experience, they meet the requirements necessary to provide services to our patients. We also have checks and balances in place to make sure goals are appropriate and meet the needs of the family. We also provide continued education for all staff. Again, thank you for your review.
