Nepotism city! Beware.... No benefits, no respect, no one to turn to when the bosses/owners are rude, nasty or if you have a problem. They will always put their family first in this business. Family members come and go as they please and receive preferential treatment. Your job responsibilities change on a whim. They often hide or ignore people to avoid dealing with conflict, this includes ignoring the family members of clients as well as direct care staff. You will be expected to use your own phone, computer and vehicle. They will change your pay without notice and cut your hours if they don't like you. You will never be fired, just bullied and annoyed with mundane tasks until you quit.
