Long hours; Major Sales can get up to 50 hours at certain points of the year. Holidays: Expect to work every Holiday, even the day right after Christmas. Employees will talk a lot behind your back, and will stir up the story. Every store is managed very differently. Do something wrong by mistake, expect to be yelled at like I am all the time. Some stores get less business than others. The Chesterfield store is a dead zone.
