ABS has some of the best, most caring people I have ever encountered. The people here have a genuine interest in your life, goals and wellbeing. They do what they can to take care of each other and the community. Also, individuality is completely welcomed. I have never felt like I couldn’t be myself around my work family. I love being able to express my true personality, quirks and all. That is something that I will never take for granted. After all, from a personality perspective, who wants to feel like a pent-up, caged animal 8+ hours a day? That sounds awful. From a professional standpoint, ABS has helped me to grow and excel in ways I never imagined in my career. If you are looking for an organization that provides high degrees of responsibility and growth opportunities with a runway to mold your career, ABS is it. Lastly, if you want to be heard within an organization, ABS definitely fosters that as the CEO is always willing to have a conversation (no matter where you are on the org chart, seriously) Hunter is eager to hear about ways to improve the organization and the lives of the employees.
